Your opinions shape our work

We are your Assembly and we represent you.

There are lots of ways you can get involved in our work, here are just a few.

Contact your Assembly Member

If you live in Wales you have five Assembly Members who represent you. It's easy to contact your Assembly Member – you can raise issues by telephone, email or by arranging a meeting face to face.

After you've spoken to your Assembly Member, they can raise your concern at the National Assembly in Plenary.

Give your views to a Committee

Our committees look at issues that matter to Welsh life and they want to hear from you!

Find out what they are working on by following them on Twitter or by visiting their webpages.

Submit a Petition

A petition is one of the most direct ways that you can make your voice heard.  To be considered, your petition needs to be about an issue that the Assembly is responsible for and it needs to have at least 50 signatures.  You can sign any existing petitions online.

Work for us

If you would like to work for the National Assembly, there are two main ways of doing so – you could either apply for a post with the Assembly Commission, which supports the 60 elected Assembly Members, or work for an individual Assembly Member.
